Garlic is available in all the seasons all around the globe. It is a daily ingredient in our kitchen and part of imparting classical flavor to variety of delicacies, it has tremendous health benefits. Garlic is a white colour stem that has lot of pods attached to it. It can be store in a cool dry place for months without much maintainace. It is also eaten in leafy form. We all love having Hot and sour soup when we catch cold. The main ingredient of that soup in garlic. 

Garlic has antiviral, antifungal, and antibiotic propertiesWe are all familiar with garlic and it’s pungent smell. This smell is because of a compound called Allicin which contains sulphur in garlic. It is a rare source of Allisatin 1,2. Garlic is rich in minerals such as phosphorus, calcium and iron.
