    Aloe can be easily seen in our garden. It is very easy to grow and requires minimal care. This plant also purifies air hence it is apt for keeping indoors. Aloe Vera is full of vital nutrients required by the body. It is a very good source of Vitamin A, C, E, B12, Folic acid and Choline. It is not only rich in Vitamin but also in essential minerals such as Calcium, copper, iron, zinc, selenium, magnesium, manganese, potassium. Is it not a reason enough to add Aloe Vera juice in your daily diet? Aloe Vera also contains essential amino acids and enzymes required by humans in huge quantity.
